Alora sells digital PDF Competition Mindset Kits for show riders in jumping, hunter, and equitation.
2. Digital Products
Alora products are digital PDF tools. No physical product will be shipped unless clearly stated otherwise.
After purchase, you will receive access to your digital product by download link, email, customer account, or another digital delivery method.
The current price of an Alora digital product is $39 USD, VAT included, unless otherwise stated on the product page or checkout page.
3. Personal Use Only
Your purchase gives you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the product for your own riding journey.
You may not copy, resell, share, distribute, reproduce, modify, upload, publish, or use Alora products for commercial purposes without written permission.
This includes sharing files with friends, clients, students, barn groups, riding teams, online communities, or customers.
4. Intellectual Property
All Alora products, text, templates, prompts, designs, layouts, graphics, branding, concepts, and downloadable files are owned by Alora or its licensors.
Purchasing an Alora product does not transfer ownership of the content to you.
5. Payment
Payments are processed through third-party payment providers. Alora does not store your full payment card details.
Prices may change at any time, but changes will not affect orders already completed.
6. Refunds and Digital Access
Because Alora products are digital PDF files that can be accessed shortly after purchase, refunds may be limited once the product has been delivered, downloaded, or accessed.
If you are a consumer in the European Union, you generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for online purchases, but digital content may have specific rules when you request immediate access.
At checkout, we may ask you to confirm that you want immediate access to the digital content and that you understand you may lose your right of withdrawal once the digital content has been delivered or downloaded.
