Refund & Digital Product Policy

This policy explains how refunds and digital product access work for Alora.
1. Digital Product Delivery
Alora products are digital PDF products. No physical product will be shipped unless clearly stated otherwise.
After purchase, you will receive access to your digital product by download link, email, customer account, or another digital delivery method.
2. Price
The current price of an Alora digital product is $39 USD, VAT included, unless otherwise stated on the product page or checkout page.
3. EU Right of Withdrawal
If you are a consumer in the European Union, you generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for online purchases.
However, digital content may have specific rules when you request immediate access to the product. At checkout, we may ask you to confirm that you want immediate access to the digital content and that you understand you may lose your right of withdrawal once the digital product has been delivered, downloaded, or accessed.
4. Refunds After Digital Access
Because Alora products are digital PDF files that can be accessed shortly after purchase, refunds are generally not available once the product has been delivered, downloaded, or accessed, unless required by applicable law.
5. Technical Issues or Duplicate Purchases
Please contact us if:
- You accidentally purchased the same product twice.
- You did not receive access because of a technical issue.
- The file is damaged or cannot be opened.
- You received the wrong product.
In these cases, we will review your request and may provide a replacement, resend access, or issue a refund where appropriate.
